TJ & Associates works with clients in a wide variety of industries including service, non-profit, manufacturing, construction, high tech and health care. Tracy brings over 20 years of Human Resource Management experience in manufacturing and consulting organizations. She graduated from Purdue University, West Lafayette, IN, with a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership/Supervision. She has been certified through the Human Resource Certification Institute as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) since 2003. Areas of strength include recruiting, human resources consulting, training and employee relations.
