Description:

Over the course of 6 Saturdays and 3 Tuesday evening workshops learn about local natural history, wildlife, stream restoration and more in the StreamTeam's free hands-on Stream Stewards program. The 2010 Stream Steward session begins on September 25th. Stream Stewards are able to participate in special StreamTeam opportunities like walking streams looking for fish, wildlife monitoring, providing engaging community presentations and more. To whom it may concern, The Clark County Historical Museum is a Vancouver, Washington nonprofit organization, and we would like to post our upcoming Harvest Fun Day event on your calendar. All of the following information is attached for your convenience. ______________ Description: Are you a competitive corn-shucker or pie-eater? Do you enjoy designing fashionable scarecrow haute couture? What about listening to an outdoor concert while browsing craft and farming booths? Join a celebration of summer on the farm! It will begin Saturday, September 25th, at 10 a.m. and will carry on until 4 p.m. (Since it's a celebration, it's free, of course!) THIS YEAR, our location has changed: Harvest Fun Day WILL BE HELD AT THE 78th ST. HERITAGE FARM (the former Clark County Poor Farm). This new location will allow us to accommodate more booths, activities, and more of you!
