USING OUR FORUMS

Save gas with the Rideboard.  Share space, usable items on the Sharing Forum.

RIDE BOARD

This forum is set up to encourage you to share rides to nonprofit events with other community members. Going to Portland for a WVDO, TACS or AFP event? Traveling further out of town to a conference?

Share expenses - share a ride!

Guidelines Put your location in the subject line, and if you need or are offering a ride. Example: “WVDO Sept 5 Lunch—need ride” “ “WVDO Sept 5 Lunch —offering ride” In the body of your message, include as much detail as possible (number of seats, when you plan to go, when you want to return), but use discretion—this is a public forum.  Use an email or work phone number.

Once you have your ride arranged: post another message to let everyone know. We reserve the right to remove any posts we consider to be inappropriate.

Posts will be cleaned out monthly so you may need to repost.

Disclaimer: The Nonprofit Network offers the Professional Development Ride Board simply as a service. No warranty is expressed or implied by this service. Participants do so at their own risk. Use good sense. Check references (If you do not know the person, you might call the organization where they work and ask for them.)
Individuals under the age of eighteen are not permitted to post.

SHARING

List items you have to share with nonprofit organizations OR are hoping to obtain from them.

The list is most likely nonprofit to nonprofit or business to nonprofit (although individuals with items to share are welcome as well). Items like: office furniture and equipment; perhaps a spare office to share.

This forum is for no-cost or very-low-cost ($50 and under) items only.

Items over $50 and/or all commercial goods and services can send an advertisement through our Classifieds for $25 each.  Nonprofit Network Members may post one no cost Classified each month.

List:  Item, condition, cost if any, your contact information.
